Good overall value. Tart, with good acidity, and juicy red fruit. Very drinkable and would pair best with lighter dishes.

Wow. So much better than the first bottle I tried. The powerful nose is still there, but so much better integrated then the first bottle I tried. Silky smooth, with wonderful dark fruit flavors and a long finish. Wonderful.

Delicious. I'm a bit higher than the average score on CT for this wine, but for me it was one of my favorite wines of the year. Very silky, with wonderful licorice and bold cherry flavors. Long finish that went on and on. Highly recommend.

One of the best whites of the summer. Very crisp, with plenty of lemon and grapefruit flavors, with a touch of peach as well. Ends dry and delicious with just the right amount of acidity. Highly recommend.

Loved the the nose on this in that it comes off like your standing in an oechard. Palate is fully of apples and pears along with a twist of lime on the finish. Just off dry with plenty of mouth watering acidity.

A great value in CA wine and hits all the right notes for me. Dark, rich fruit, with just the right amount of vanilla, and underlying touches of licorice and fig. Full bodied and balanced with a long finish. Highly recommend.

Years ahead of it. Delicous, ripe, dark fruit flavors with secondary notes of mesquite, ash, and licorice. Long finish, with quite a bit of grip. Would recommend.

Solid offering from Wa at a vey fair price. Nice dark fruit, a touch of licorice and grilled herbs and finally vanilla from the oak treatment. Relatively long finish and I would recommend.

Very fruit forward. About as sweet a barbera you could ever make, but overall very good with nice cherry and raspberry fruit along with a touch of licorice and vanillin. Would recommend.

Interesting blend that leans towards dark red and blue fruits. Plently of blueberry and boysenberry notes, and then accompanied by hints of vanilla, tar, and minerality. A touch of heat on the finish. Would recommend.

Like most of what Maryhill releases this is quite good and a fair value. Dusty cherrys, just a hint blackberry, licorice, tobacco and minerality. New world oak influnce is also present but well integrated. The nose gives off nice floral elements as well as grilled herbs. Would recommend.

Slightly better than the 2009. Full bodied with rich flavor and nice integration of dark berry flavors and oak. The vanilla and mocha flavors are evident but they are not over the top and accentuate what is otherwise some really good fruit. Would recommend.
