Apples, minerality, white flowers, really gripping acidity. Solid entry level riesling

blueberries, sour cherries, typical black pepper on the finnish. It still has good fruit. Solid wine but I knock off acouple of points due to the somewhat unbalaced bitterness on the finnish

The palate has good complexity with underlying sweet strawberries, licquorice, dirt and rose pedals. I love the balance and contrast between the sweet fruit and florality and the more masculine dirty and darker elements. On the finnish sour cherries appears and provides the acidity and balance, but the finnish is dominated by an almost over the top perfumed florality. The finnish is long. This wine is drinking very well right now. There is fruit, acidity and tannins to last longer. Not sure it will improve, but it has some development left.

Sweet and fresh red and dark berries with some underlying earthy tones. The finnish has good acidity, but a bit green tannins at this point. I like the mid palate more than the finnish but i think it will improve with 2-3 more years in the cellar.

I'm a fan og Huet but this was disappointing. Yes, there is the minerality and the finnish has some sweet and acidic flavours but the mid palate is just hollow and lacks fruit and freshness. There's not much there. Haven't had any other bottles of this wine in this vintage so have nothing to compare it with. The wine is not damaged. Might be an off bottle.

Blueberry jam, pepper and licquorice. The finnish shows some dry tannins. It's drinking fine right now and I don't see the need for cellaring. It'a a easy drinking, not very thought provoking, but juicy and in balance.

A juicy palate with black, sweet and sour cherries. Some dry tannins on the finnish, but balanced out nicely. Good length. Well balanced.

This wine really gives me some Burgundian vibes. The palate is juicy with sour cherries, floral notes, dark berries. The finnish has good length and soft, sweet tannins. The mid palate lacks some weight to really knock my socks off, but a very good wine.

Last bottle (no note) was better. This bottle is showing more heat, but for some reason it's not bothering me as much as it usually does in other wines. The fruit is dark and sweet, but manages to stay fresh. Juicy, but balance could be better.

This has aged nicely. The green tones of pepper that I struggled with some years ago are more integrated. The bell pepper flavour is still there, but now as an interesting part of the wine. It also shows blackcurrants and pepper notes. Ok length with soft tannins.

The green notes still make this an acquires taste, and is not my favourite. But a fun and interesting wine. Probably no reason for further cellaring this.

pnp as I usually do, but I think this could've used some more air. I am a bit bothered by the heat and ripeness at this stage. With an hour in the glass it starte to show some potential with some underlying fruit. Put the cork back in, left it in the fridge and tried the next evening. The underlying fruit is gone again. Maybe I tried it with to little air the first time and too much air the next night.

This is a lean, Cali Pinot Noir dominated by sweet and sour cherries. With air and a bit higher temprature it adds weight and some complexity. It's a very enjoyable wine.

This is a wine it's hard to only take a couple of glasses. It has balance and fresh fruit. Sufficient acidity and good balance. It's a wine that drinks very good right now. It will probably hold for several years, but I do not see the point in cellaring it. Not very complex or complicated, just enjoyable.

Served on the colder side. Think this wine is helped by the lower temprature. The palate shows a juicy and fresh blueberry and strawberry mix. The finnish is a bit disappointment after the initial flavours. A bit too ripe fruit and some heat.

Opened bottle 4 hours before pouring. About 11 degrees when served, but followed over several hours and at increasing temprature.

The first thing that stands out is the crazy attack of sour cherries on the finnish. As the temp rises this get's more balanced. The mid palate is silky with red fruit and underlying tones of earth and tobacco. This wine would benefit from some years in the cellar to soften out the tannins a bit. It's good at the moment, but think the score goes up when I open the next bottle 5 years from now.

Raw meat, chocolate, vanilla. blueberries and blackberries. Good finnish with soft tannins. Oily and bloody texture and feel. It's drinkable pnp right now, but should improve with age when oak will integrate even better and the wine calms down a bit.

This is a lean wine. Sour cherries, blueberries, dirt. Got plenty of complexity, but for me this wine isn't in perfect balance. It doesn't handle the combination of lean and sour fruit completely. The tannins on the finnish are a bit stilky and young. With a bit more fruit intensity this would be very good.
Not a long term cellar project, but might improve with a year in the cellar.

Fresh red and blue berries. Doesn't have much acidity but manages to stay balanced through the freshness of the fruit. The finnish shows plenty of oak at thr moment. This wine should get 5-10 years to integrate the oak better.

This wine is to me a steal. Har to find better value. This has all you would like to find in a serious nebbiolo, just a bit less. The fruit isn't as fresh, the finnish isn't as long and the acidity is somewhat missing. That said, nice strawberries, roses, cherries mixed with some darker tar flavours. One of the better QPRs in a red wines I've ever had.

Pnp. This wine would benefit from 1-2 hours of decanting, but is open right after opening. I'm not a very experienced barolo drinker, but to me this is old school, but in a open way. Might be the vintage. Tobacco, tar and strawberries. Sour cherries add the balance. Would have liked some more freshness to the fruit. Solid wine but not mindblowing. This is not a barolo that needs 20 years. I will try my bottles 5-10 years from now.

This is an ok chardonnay for it's price level. It is a serviceable wine with some nice apple flavours and controlled oak, but it is, in lack of a better word, a bit dull. Lacks intensity and complexity. To me, this is drink now.

I tasted this bottle 24 hours after it was opened. My wife had a glass and put it in the fridge and put the cork back in.

I think this has improved since last time I had a bottle. It might be a combination of age and air. The wine has put on some weight, but the key here is balance. 2010 is a vintage known for it's acidity. But the improved weight of this wine and the sweetness combined with the crisp acidity gives the wine a very nice balance. It's not extremely complex and the finnish isn't that long but the acidity makes this a perfect summer wine.

FYI, I have very limited experience with white rhone.
The initial attack and the mid palate has yellow apple and white flower flavours, but with an oily feel to it. It lacks some intensity and freshness. The finnish has good length with good acidity.

Needs half an hour to an hour of decanting for this to open up. Medium weight. Peach, apple and chalky minerality. Acidic and long finnish. The development has been positive and my guess is that the positive development will continue at least 5 more years.

Crispy chard where minerality is the key word. There is a delicious chalky minerality mixed with green apples and white flowers. The acidity balances this wine nicely. Would prefer to give this a couple of years to see the oak integrate even more, even though I have little problem with this as it is now. Would also like to see this put on some weight and flesh out a bit more. This will improve.

Straight from bottle it feeled like a Rioja. But just after 15 min of air this gets more Burgundian. A juicy palate with ripe cherries, strawberries and floral notes. This is suprisingly fresh and elegant. Gets more and more elegant with air. After 4 hours the fruit has turned darker. Quite fresh and good acidity. Mushroom turns up on the finnish.

Open for business with no air. Floral and red cherry mouthfeel. The tannins are young and dry. The fruit is darker on the finnish. Primary flavours, but good balance and mouthwatering. Very enjoyable now, but lacks some depth and length. Will improve.
Seems like it shuts down after a couple of hours.

Straight out of bottle: Ripe red and dark pinot fruit, floral notes and a bit iron feel Got some of the lightness of volnay. Well balanced. Still a bit of tannins on the finnish. 91 points at this stage.
After 3 hours in open bottle it changes and a bitter mandarin peel flavour totally takes over. Did it shut down?
24 hours in fridge and the wine seems to be gone.
Not sure where this one is headed and I'm not really comfortable with giving it a score.

Had it at dinner together with lamb shank but I didn't take any notes. Opened the bottle 10 hours before dinner with one hour in decanter. Showed nice, red fruit and pretty well integrated oak. Still young, but went well with the dish, but a bit rough without any food at this age. I will wait some years before opening the next though.

pop'n'pour: way too young to drink straight out of bottle. Little fruit, just tar and chocolate. Very dry and harsh tannins. After 4 hours it's starting to show some potential. Getting sour cherries and some nice strawberries on the finnish. This has potential but need years in the cellar.
After 2 days in the fridge. Totally different. More approachable and more fruit. Cherries, strawberries floral notes and dirt. The strawberry/cherry combo works well. 89 (lower straight from bottle, more like 90 after 2 days in fridge. I would wait 10+ years

I tend to prefer Burgundy when it comes to Pinot, but this offers the best of Cali Pinot without doing it over the top. Sweet, ripe cherry cola and strawberries. Good amount of pepper as well. Good length and tannins that are well integrated with the sweet fruit. Got the acidity to handle the sweetness of the fruit.
