Nice crisp sparkler. Used most of it for Champnge cocktails as an aperitif, but tasted a glass before mixing the drinks.

Tasted past it's prime the first day (even after a 6 hour decant). Very earthy smell. Put it aside and tasted again teh next night and it was very good. Don't think it's going to last much longer.
