Great label~~~!!! P&P for grilled veggies on french baguette with pesto sauce. Initial nose was chestnuts followed by strong scent of grapefruit & fresh guava. On palate, crisp & clean with right amount of acidity. Oak or 14.1% alc weren't noticed at all. Just Expected as the nose. I'd say there was no "bite" but it was Smooth & elegant at finish. My kinda SB. Food-friendly. I'm more curious about their next vintage.

Too much oak. Totally different from their single vinyard chard. Hard to finish 2nd glass. Disappointed. Would it get better with time? Really Hope so.

Opened on 11/1 around 6PM. Medium ruby color. Nice buttery funkiness, olives, black berries on initial nose. I sipped..... I could tasted strong bitterness@finish. Definitely Not from tannin. It tasted just like "eastern extracted liquid medicine" which you need a piece of candy after you take(for little kid). Well, I hope SOME of you guys have experienced.
Anyhow, I decanted for 4-5 hours. Sipped again. Still bitter.
Poured back in and stored in cellar. Sipped again today(Sunday @0840PM).
Nose was still awesome, but tasted still bitter @finish.
WHY??? Is it still young or bottle variation?
I don't see any posts regarding bitterness.
Sad...

This was 2th btl. On 1st day, very acidic¬hing on the nose except light citrus. It woke up nicely on 2th day with pleasant Oaky nose Not over-power. Delicate. I could taste Old&New world Chard. Very interesting. I couldn't save for 3rd day. I can't wait to see how "last Bottle" turns out.

Popped & poured @ Houston's Restaurant. Black & Red berries, strong Licorice, sweet cocoa on the Nose. Obvious...
Dry, medium finish with Fresh baked bread. Well balanced tannin. Paired very well with Filet M. Can see aging potential. Wish I have some more.

375ml btl. Ummm.... It was still Alive strongly even 2 months ago. This time,,, today,,, well... It's Not Fruity at all on the nose. It lost all of sudden its own German Riesling Chracteristics. Used to have very pleasant&strong Lychee on the Nose. Don't wanna say "Fading". It's dead I think. It tastes just like any other ice-wine. Only I could smell or taste was "honey". Still have couple more bottles. I thought this can age more&better. No complexities. Tastes like syrup. What happened during 2 months? Hope it's because of just bottle variation.

Simple&lean red berries. Mild oaky on the nose. Just right amount. Like that not too exceed.
Bright ruby color. Quite silky on palate&smooth, but finish was kinda not impressive(cuz of 13.5%???).
I don't see it has a aging potential. Good OR Pinot. Clean... But, I wanna consume all my bottles&enjoy soon within this year.

Bottle variation? I tried the same 4 mon ago and was good on both nose & palate. This bottle was too light and no characters found at all until the end. I was disappointed and other people as well. Has it JUST past its peak???
Not worthy of $34.99. Well,,, It's almost the same as $9.99 NV(?) or wheretever-where vintage's pinot water for me.

Looks even darker than 2 mon ago. Still very floral&good on the nsoe. Strong lychee on the nose.
Opened up more & more. Wanna save&sip the last drop.
Pricey!!!($22.99 for 375ml), but it's worthy. Wish I can have more bottles on my cellar.

Sweet Tannins, smooth,&balanced. Elegant. Long Finish. Really enjoyed.
Should have bought some more bottles.
Looking forward how it will age and more balanced as time goes by.
It will be pretty interesting how sweet tannins will be changed and transformed as age.

E: Light ruby color
N: Fruity, Hint of Black Cherry&Rasberry, but NO strawberry(?), Smoky oak, mild spices
T: Balanced with acidity&tannins. Not complex layered. not heavy. Clean @finish but not boring.
I think 07' pinot in New Zealand was GOOD: Must be.

First of all, Disappointed. This was my very first "06 pinot RRV vintage". I can go with any pinot especially from RVV. But, This wasn't.

Nose: Flabby(flat), simple. Closed,little hint of raspberry,oak
Palate: Too Easy, soft tannin but not impressive@finish, simple, straight, off-balanced with acidity@finish also. estate grown/bottled??? Ummm...

unfiltered-should have decanted?

Questioning of 06' pinot vintage... Interesting.
