Quite ordinary when just opened, but after an hour it really opened up. Golden color with fine bubbles, complex nose of citrus, grape, butter, toast, nutts and ... Really extraordinary mouth feel. Almost like drinking cream, and an extremely long aftertaste. High quality stuff.

Not as good as last time. Still nice, creamy and a pleasure to drink - but a bit too simple, flat and un-structured this time. Different food, glasses or just me or the wine having a day off?
