2016 is drinking VERY well. Fruit still coming through, perfectly balanced tannins and a great vanilla accent.

Had this with some surf & turf. Fruit notes (mostly black cherry) was a bit subdued, but still very enjoyable. Tannins soft, great oak notes. Probably peaked a year or two ago, but still was a great bottle. I definitely would not hold 2012s any longer though - drink now.

2012 magnum drinking very nice. Tannis present but relaxed. Oak notes are very nice. Vanilla, cigar box. Fruits mellow but still nicely there, although hard to distinguish specifically. Nice finish. Decanted 30mins before serving. If you have any 2012 still sitting around, recommend drinking soon. Probably at its peak here.

First time trying Moraine's Malbec and I was very impressed with how good this young (2018) bottle was. Drank right after opening (no decant), slightly chilled. Very well balanced, dryer Malbec. Similar to what I have tried out of Washington state. Will definitely get more of this!

Perphaps a bit too much blending, as the final product ended up tasting very generic. A bit sweet for my taste but would work well with sushi, tune poke, etc.

Fantastic full bodied BC blend. Merlot is the dominant grape, and really helps to make this wine very approachable, even right out of the bottle. After 90mins of decant, this was drinking spectacularly, although might want a shorter decant time if pairing with a rich steak. Dry and well balanced, with Tobacco, Vanilla, Cherry, and the perfect amount of Oak. As good as this is drinking now, it should be amazing in another 5-6 years.

This wine was sickly sweet and one dimensional. Like cherry syrup. Ridiculous considering the cost. Will never get this again.

Wow. By far the best Brunello I have tried. Dry and smooth. What a treat.

A bit green on the nose when first opened - smelled of olives. Let it decant for 30mins, and it settled down nicely. The palate was smoother than the nose. Nice wine for charcuterie. Probably not great just as a sipper.

Decanted for 1hr before drinking. Very easy drinking and smooth. Fruit forward - not particularly complex. A decent table wine considering the price.

Let it breath for an hour after opening - was a bit tannic at first, but after a while was smoother. Opened up quite a bit the next day. Decent table wine, but nothing special. Might be better given a few more years.
