The nose was incredible and so complexe, from start to finish. Decanted for 3 hours then drank over a period of 3 hours. Amazing but I feel like i did not enjoy thetaste as much as I enjoyed the aroma from the nose. Poor cellar conditions.... still a great bottle, but in my mind this bottle is ready to go now

Carafé 2 heures avant de boire mon premier verre. Le nez était super aromatique, viande, fraise mure, herbes, garigue letout bien suporter pas une fraicheur digne d'un grand vin.

La bouche était tout aussi délicieuse. Ce que le nez annonce, se retrouve à la dégustation. L'acidité est encore présente et c'est ce qui rend ce vin simplement magique.

Couleur orangé/rouge, longue jambe visqueuse.

domage que c'était ma seule bouteille.

We had it with cheeses and rosette de lyon sausage.

The two other bottle we had were : Beaucastel 1998 and Cuvée Imperiale Usseglio 2010. Two amazing bottle. we had a great evening. The Beaucastel 2008 need some time but after 4h of decanter it showed quite nice!

I don't see what this champagne could benefit from more time in the cellar but I can see that it would last for a long time. I personally like them in there mid life stage of there life, so it was perfect at this time.

I had some German white before but never as good as this. From what I read on wine, I know that this producer is one of the best in Germany. This wine showed me why!

Had this bottle sunday night at L'Orée du Bois for the last event of the season of the wine club l'AVO.

Rich, delicate, long finish, crisp, soft, a bit mineral, lemon confit, abricot, zesty with a touch of sweetness (9% alc)

Overall one the the best white I ever drank.
