Medium red, black cherry and alcohol nose, muted cherry palate. Reminds me of good Oregon pinots.

Dusty nose. Great color. A bit austere on the palate but very nice. Spectacular QPR!

Coming together nicely after just two months in bottle.

Too much oak. Tastes a little bit oxidized. I think it's really the over-the-top oak that messes this wine up, though. The first bottle was the same. Unfortunately, I still have a bottle left. Not bad enough to dump down the drain, but not good either.

Floral, honeysuckle and light citrus nose. Light and tangy but somehow creamy as well. Finish lingers nicely. Tremendous QPR and one I would buy again at TJ's.

Off to a promising start. Needs a few months to smooth out, but I believe this batch will prove to be very good. It's already a big mouthful of flavor.

Cork showed signs of starting to leak. The first glass was slightly off with a vinegar tinge but drinkable. Miraculously the bottom half of the wine in the bottle was perfect and delicious

Very disappointed that Garagiste would even sell this crap. Of six bottles I bought, four were vinegar. I know that they don't guarantee wine older than 10 years, so buyer beware, but this stuff makes me question buying anything further from them.

Drinkable for serving on Christmas Eve after a smidge more than a month in bottle. Should get even better with more time.
Red
Next bottle tried four months after bottling. Not a lot going on with the nose, but there is a little blackberry. Flavors are also muted, with the same blackberry but perhaps some raspberry and plum. Acidity is a touch high compared to the fruit. Finish is mid length.

Tried a bottle on the three month anniversary of bottling. Harshness is gone. Aroma and flavor is emerging. It's drinkable now and will hopefully be ready for family debut at Christmas.

Deep golden color. Potent oaky nose with citrus and something savory that I can't identify. Overwhelming oak on the palate. Oily texture. Finish is long and a little bitter. I'll be interested to see if the second half of the bottle is better tomorrow. I'm thinking that this wine would be better if decanted.

Medium purple-red with a nearly clear meniscus. Musty basement smell over faint red fruit. I believe this bottle is corked.

Pretty dark rose pink color. Not a big nose, but I'm drinking it a little chilled. I get some watermelon there. Strawberry and watermelon on the palate. Nice, but the acid is a bit sharp. Good finish.

Very very good, especially the second half of the bottle the second day. Savory cherry and dark berry flavors and excellent balance. Very long finish.

First bottle sampled, about 1 month after bottling. I expect this wine to develop over six months.
Nice garnet color, modest nose of sweet cherry. The medicinal overtones that it had at bottling are gone. Light bodied wine with good cherry flavors. Actually seems pretty well balanced at this early stage. Finish lingers a little while. Very promising. No score yet.

Tasted at two months in bottle. Nose still has the candied hint. Plenty of acid and simple cherry/raspberry flavors. Light body and short-to-mid length finish. Finish might be improving a bit. Still not ready for friends to taste.

Third bottle. Not as smooth as the bottle that had the sediment, but still better than the first bottle. Dark garnet color, nice and clear. Simple nose of cherry with a bit of a candied hint. Light body with no appreciable tannins. Cherry and raspberry flavors. Good acidity. Finish is mid length and a pleasant surprise. Not too bad now, and I'm looking forward to seeing how it continues to improve over the next couple months.

Second bottle tasted. The wine is smoothing out nicely. Medicinal taste is gone. Nice and fruity. This was the bottle that was full of sediment, so I decanted it. The resulting wine was not completely clear, so I will have to factor that into tasting the third bottle. Hopefully that third one will be closer to the second than the first!

Very very pale yellow gold color.
Aroma is dominated by floral characteristics, Honeysuckel, perhaps a bit of citrus.
Soft on the palate with good acidity. Finish is long. Really interesting blend, where I can sense all three varietals. It starts with the Sauvignon Blanc, and the Chard adds a bit of lush texture, and it finishes with the Gewürztraminer.

Cloudy purple-red, fairly light in color. Spot on dusty cherry Oregon pinot nose. No weight at all on the palate, though, and not much fruit. A bit of the cherry right at the start, but then it fades into a non-existent finish. I popped and poured. Maybe it will get better with some air.
