Stony, lemony-fruity, mineral-laden, along with apple, grapefruit and green honey. A bit of a mess I guess, at this point, it is sappy and dense, but structured, spicy and very tangy. Very raw with lots of stuffing, a most interesting wine that holds much promise. ✭
