This is one of my all time fav. Rose wines. The flavors are delicate but just how you want them. There is a slight dryness on the finish but overall a wine that keeps you wanting more. Drink now

This bottle was fantastic with a lot of earthy qualities. This paired well with the pasta and meat courses we had at Avoli's in Omaha. This was a full bodied wine that was smooth and well put together. Drinking pretty good now but could go quite a while longer. Drink now to 2022

This wine just has to be paired with a shell fish. Lobster or oysters and this wine will get it done. This is a zesty white that has lemon notes and a nice amount of green apple. Drink now

This bottle has evolved from my last one nearly 3 years ago. This had a bit less fruit and a bit more dusty notes. This evolution was very beneficial in toning down what my notes called a bit overpowering plum. I feel like this bottle is in a pretty good spot right now and I will be drinking one more in the next 6 months and my last in the next 18 months. Drink now till 2018

Started to really show after about 90 minutes in the decanter. This is a show stopper wine that I felt mixed a nice fruit filled nose with a smooth flavorful taste. This wine was elegant and well put together with years of aging left in it. Drink now to 2020

This a big bold bottle that is smoothing out with age. The nose is all Caymus with loads of cherry and dark fruit. The move is smooth and velvety. Previous bottles were almost to big leaving a bit of cough syrup finish but this bottle did not have that. Makes me excited for my future bottles. Drink now to 2020

This bottle had a great nose of dark cherry and tobacco and was just a really good bottle to enjoy with a nice dinner. This is drinking pretty well right now!

This was my last bottle and you could tell it was a bit over the hill. This was a brilliant bottle about 18 months ago with a fantastic minerality but still combining zesty fruit flavors. Just waited a bit long to drink this bottle. Drink them if you have them.

Very nice Washington Cab that was a bit dry with lots of oak on the palate. Not very complex but a nice Mag to take to a party of not so established wine drinkers

Enjoyed my last bottle of this at Dolce in Omaha and it was fabulous. The tasting menu had Duck Breast with a Blueberry glaze that worked perfect with the fullness of this bottle. To me there is not much better than a perfect 6 year old pinot and this bottle was a great example. Clean and smooth with nice strawberries. To show its diversity this was a perfect mix for the chiefs take on PB&J desert that he presented. Drink now but it could go to 2018

This was the best bottle of the 3 that I had. For a vintage that was known to be a bit softer this bottle had full flavors with very dark cherries and cigar flavors that were perfect together. Really enjoyed this bottle. Drink now

This is bit fuller white that brings the minerality to the front. Very nice white for a starter course to more bold full bodied reds. Not very tropical with more mineral on the nose. This bottle has a lot more time left in it. Drink now or till 2020 at least

Solid well built cab that was showing better than my last bottle. Very smooth from mouth to finish with enjoyable bits of white pepper. Drink these up as I don't think they will get any better.

Very light with sweet honeysuckle. Enjoyed with a heavier desert of bread pudding but I would expect this to go will with main dish that has some spice.

Had this with the opening courses of the tasting menu at Dolce Omaha. This bottle has a wonderful minerality to it that adds complexity. I really enjoyed the freshness on the front end that blended seamlessly to a firmer mineral back end. Very pleasing and went well with the salad and fish courses. Drink now till 2016

Opened this bottle at Dolce Omaha for the tasting menu and boy was this a surprise treat. Sat in a decanter for about 90 minutes and this thing was still huge. This wine has a lot of time left in it but was certainly worth a try now. Bold dark fruit on the nose and front end with a wonderful balance. Smooth full finish that left you wanting more. Great wine that is getting better. Drink now but would be better to hold at least a year then till 2020

This was drank to early in life but I had to try it. This had a nice deep golden color to it. The nose told you this had a bit of weight behind it. That weight was not overbearing in the mouth but helped add to the subtle nature of this wine. This has a bit of growing to do in the bottle to even a few of the edges. All in all a very pleasant bottle that will be better in a year or 2. Drink 2015-2020

This wine is so good from the nose to the body to the finish. It is extremely complex and deserving of the high scores. Very much reminded me of a Tokaji. The nuttiness of the wine along with the density paired very well with a chocolate toffee desert that was along side this glass. The is an incredible offering that will last a long long time. Drink now to 2075.

Opened at the Viking Yurt in Park City. I really appreciated the fresh fruit flavors that went with the silkiness of this wine. My bottle was by no means over the top in fact it was the winner of the table against 03 Janasse VV and 03 Quintessa. The fruit was fresh and lively after the bottle was open about 90 minutes. Had a wonderful nose that kept bringing you back. The fruit gave way to a smokey fresh fig flavor towards the end. Very good wine Drink now to 2020

Really a nice bottle with bold cherry flavors coming right through. After an hour the cherries calmed to show a bit more back end complexity with some darker fig and graphite notes. Really a good bottle with my pork chops. Drink now till 2022

This is a powerful full on Cab. It can compliment a big meal and was wonderful with my beef tenderloin. This had nice dark fruit that led to a full mouth feel but finished with just the right amount of kick to make sure you knew the wine was in charge of the meal. Very enjoyable and has life left in it. Drink now to 2021

This is a nice bottle that really shows the difference between Spring mtn fruit and Howell Mtn fruit. This bottle is all about the flavors of the raspberries with a side of spice. Unlike the bold fullness of Howell mtn this is a lighter Cab that can be drank earlier and will peak earlier than Howell mtn wine. I enjoyed the differences and will drink my next bottle within the next 12 months. Drink now to 2018

This is a solid Oakville cabernet. I enjoyed the deep dark fruit that has a bit more fullness that you get from Oakville vs. the dusty graphite feel that you get from Rutherford Cabs. This had a punch of dark fruit with those hints of leather and tobacco. The finish was round and smooth and very enjoyable. Drink now to 2020

This was a bit of a strange bottle for me. I enjoyed the wine but felt like it had peaked. Could be the integration of the bottle but the color seemed a bit rusty and the wine had a slight sharpness. The bottle was not blown it just seemed like the wine didn't integrate well.

Wonderful expression of Corison wine that is drinking very well right now. I would say this is in its sweet spot and showing all kinds of dark fruit. The integration on this wine is wonderful with a fine graphite finish that is full round and excellent. Great wine! Drink now to 2017

My wife's absolute fav. This wine has a wonderful nose that leads you back to the glass. This is a full thick wine that puts off a nice bit of mineral but yields to the fruit on the finish which makes it ever so smooth. I prefer to drink this wine without food. Drink now or till 2030

The time since my last bottle has helped integrate the flavors and create this wonderful nose that continues into full dark fruit on the mouth with a full round finish. A wonderful expression of CDP. This has come a ways in the bottle but it has so much more life ahead of it. Drink now to 2025 at least
