Beautiful raspberry, Kirsh, blackberry, flowers, leather and a touch of herbs with silky mineral mouthfeel. In a great spot for the half bottle. This wine gives you a hug.

Wonderful nose of cherry forest and a touch of menthol. It continues on the tight focused finish. Really good and has lots of room to get better.

Big, thick but smooth. Sweet cherry pie with some herbs and coffee on the finish. Will have an interesting evolution.

Love it. Big. It’s not sweet but there is a candy like quality of the massive blueberry and raspberry. Could not stop drinking it. There is time and it will be interesting to see where it goes but I can’t imagine it will be better.

Blueberry and tree nuts. Smooth, focused with a hard core mineral backbone and an amazing mouth feel with a finish that goes on and on. It has a structure that will allow it to last for a decade or more.

Great wine. The nose is ethereal. Superb structure. Mineral driven background. Blackberry, raspberry and a touch of cherry and leather. It may have time but I doubt it will get better.

Beautiful black liquorice and cherry nose that extends onto the palette. Finishes with vanilla and a long lip smacking finish. Really good now and easily has 5 years.

This wine is just lovely. The aromas of fruit, mushrooms and barnyard are intoxicating. There is a purity on the palate with a long finish. What a great Brunello in a great spot.

It is settling nicely. Figs, blackberry and coffee glides effortlessly into your mouth with a persistent embracing finish. It’s in a good spot but we still have lots of time to enjoy this beauty

I get it now. There is a wall of ultra fine tannins that is deceptive in its subtlety and allows just a peak of what is underneath. Try again in a couple of years.

What’s not to like. Sure the fruit has faded a bit but the buttered popcorn and spicy oak keeps it lively. Sadly she is at the end of her life.

Cherry on the rocks. Sucking on stones to get that cherry flavor with a touch of flowers and a mouthpuckering finish. It will be interesting to see how this evolves. Let’s try in a year.

Toasty oak hits u at the outset with sweet blueberry raspberries and flowers exploding on the finish. I suspect a couple of years of Oak integration will turn this into a beauty.
Later note: after an hour + in the glass the oak blows off and you can see exactly where this is headed.
