The best Luberon for years. As recommended by the pusher, open it a day before. I failed that but gave it a decant on Friday, saved a little for the day after.

Impressive albarino.
Will outperform a lot of more expensive whit Burgundies
Dark yellow w. depth - Not Amber
Nose with lots of different directions in the mineral area
Palate depth w. complexity, nice acidity ,minerals w. hints of ripe yellow fruits, full bodied. long lasting taste w. minerality a little like very old exclusive rieslings.
One of the best whitewines I've tasted for long time.
Will assume it has the power to stay for years, but never tried an 5+ yrs albarino. Will try to keep the 2 last bottles as longs as possible

Surprising Spanish White. Very deep and complex, however still fresh with a lot of elegant acidity and minerality. Much like an top call Mâcon.
