Black olives, strawberry (more strawberry jelly on the first night), cherries, orange peel. Medium plus acidity and tannins. Approachable now with more years ahead. Is it for the long run - probably not. Does it show the complexity of an outstanding vintage - no. Is it a great wine - oh yes.

On the red fruit spectrum: strawberries, cherries plus the classical signature aromas such as roses and tar. Then there is also thyme and orange peel. It is already very approachable with medium+ tannins combined with medium+ acidity. Delicate and delicious.

Cassis, plum, dark chocolate, smoke. Medium acidity, medium+ tannins. Tannins are a bit green and drying. Alcohol also noticeable and not integrated. Overall it falls short of what I expected.

On the nose oak, wet stone, wax, not much fruit. Similar style on the palate not revealing much fruit dominated by its acidity, flint stone and some match stick. Maybe too young but I was missing the balance here.

Strawberries, roses, orange peel, leather, cherries, medium plus acidity and medium plus/ high tannins. Although the tannins are very noticeable at this stage they are finely grained and the the wine is surprisingly accessible. Obviously it is still too young but I could not resist to open a bottle.
