7/3/20, 7:12 PM - Hi Killer Jones. Yes, 2005 was a very good vintage. I live in British Columbia and purchased mine through the BCLD store locally.
5/30/20, 9:06 PM - Yes. A good pairing for sure. I am glad to have a few more bottles of this vintage. 2015 however, Was very hard to find and pricey too unfortunately. I only managed to get 2 bottles.
5/29/16, 9:41 AM - Buzz off. Just kidding. Couldn't resist.Greetings, About the 2006 Monbousquet, we enjoyed it with a decant over a couple of hours before and during dinner. However, if you are waiting for the peak drinking window, I don't think it's there quite yet.If I had another I would wait a couple years for sure. Enjoy.
3/15/14, 8:00 AM - Hi Derek, Here's a clip from Pewsey's website:The wine finishes with a fresh natural acidity which balances the flavour intensity and a minerality that will reward medium to long-term cellaring.Move to the head of the class!
12/30/13, 1:20 PM - Thanks Harley 1199. There is still plenty of tannin in this to go a few more years for sure. Sadly, this was my last bottle of 2000 and now looking forward to others I have (03,04.0,09,10). I laugh to remember the first vintage that I bought of Poujeaux was 1990 and I drank it all within 5 years. Live and learn, eh? Cheers.
10/11/13, 8:16 AM - I know how you feel!
