Cracked and poured. Ox blood. Delightful ripe fruit on the nose featuring cranberries and sweet cherries. Medium to full-bodied. Somewhat green and acidic. An unaccompanied youth that blossoms in the presence of a food escort.

In the new year's eve rotation. Best at opening but lost the majority of the beautiful fragrant nose rather quickly. Would not recommend much, if any, decanting.

Green and disjointed; a one hour decant not withstanding. An infant to revisit visit in five years.

No cat pee here. Primary citrus on the nose. Fresh and well-rounded.

Enjoyed this bottle at dinner with friends.

Silky, full-bodied and refined. Opened in the glass throughout the meal. Oak made an appearance then seemed to retreat. Wonderful.

A well-made and enjoyable bottle. Initially, dragged me through the garden. Later, greenery wrapped in vanilla with saline. Rounded and ready for a variety of food accompaniments or a delicious stand-alone.

Dark and brooding, seems a lower tier from Duckhorn. As the name and label infer, two out of five ducks.

Some rough edges here. So if you find yourself grilling some hot dogs, pop it and hand a large tanker sample of this across the fence to your neighbor.

P.N.P; Crimson. Restrained fruit with some cran/straw peaking through. Medium-bodied. Ends with firm tannins and solid finish. A good party wine to have around, particularly at this price point.

Pale yellow. Sweet luscious pineapple nose. Needs food and cheese to round out the sappy/bitter finish. A disguised Gruener Veltliner.

But wait: This is Jacquere from Apres Mont, the reclusive mountain grape. So once back at base camp, put down the ice axe and pick up the fondue fork. At 12 U.S.D. there is much to like.

Zesty lemon & pineapple. Light color belies the medium-body weight.
Paired well with tahini, but shined with desert spice cake, teasing out cinnamon and apple flavors and bringing them to the fore.
