A lot of green apple and citrus. When given a bit of air and temperature brioche and butter begin to show. Very pleasant champagne.

Drinks fine now, could develop over time.

Lots of fruit in the nose, typical Cassis and blackberries associated with the predominant Cabernet Sauvignon. Deep purple colour still despite it’s age. Still decent amount of tannins present, def. in it’s drinking window now but could do with a few more years to smoothen out and develop some tertiary aromas. (drank from a 1.5L magnum)

Very light color, fruity nose, noth much dept and short finish. However enjoyable and easy to pair with different kind of food.

Nice med+ acidity, fresh, notes of young strawberries and some grapefruit. Fine bubbles that don’t last that long in the glass. With some time in the glass and higher temperature shows more complexity. Agree with previous notes the flavours are delicate and in balance with acidity that is not overpowering. Elegant champagne. Drank during brunch with scones and red fruit. Very enjoyable. Good quality for a NV Rose.

On the nose resembles a sauvignon blanc, but in the palate bit more ‘fat’ like a chardonnay, but more subtle with flavours of peach. Acidity goes away after 30 minutes of air. Quite enjoyable

Some sweet red fruit in the nose, but only for a brief moment. Very 1 dimensional on the palate. Still some tannins that have not blended in nicely with the wine. Even after 1 day still not that much better.

Very pleasant typical St Emilion, dark color, cherry in the nose, tannins still present but enjoyable. Good price-quality ratio. Can still last for a while.

Still lots of fruit on the nose, opens up after 1-2 hours of decanting. Dark ruby color, tannins still present and wine could age a few extra years without any problem. Classic Bordeaux, impressive after 32 years.

Balanced but not so full bodied as I expected. Lacks the excitement and complexity of some other 2010 cru bourgeois wines I have tasted in the same price category (up to 15 or 20 euro per bottle). Lots of fruit on the nose. Tannins are very soft on the palate. Drink it now, very accessible, will not improve that much over the next few years I think. Will do great as a wine during afternoon drinks, not too heavy and will please the crowd. However, I miss the spectaculair 2010 vintage in this wine, I can't taste the heat, the sugar, the sun, the complexity I long for.. Therefore, a bit overpriced in it's category in my opinion.

Balanced and full, lots of fruit (blackcurrant) on the nose. Dark, inky colour, almost purple. Full tannins on the palate but not too grippy. Hints of thyme and rosemary. Drink it now, very accessible, but I think will be able to take a few more years in the bottle too. Very classic old-fashioned Bordeaux wine, perfect to pair with e.g. some lamb roast.

Wine became better with another year in the bottle, needs about an hour to decant, lots of fruit in the nose and pleasant to drink, not too much tannins. Curious to see how it holds up on day 2 and 3.

Very very nice wine, smooth, full of fruit and low on tannins. Pairs great with some poultry or pasta dish. Would certainly recommend to buy some, even though the price of $25+ per bottle is pretty costly. After day 2 and 3 the wine keeps it fruit and was still very pleasant, even though it's 14% Alc. it drinks remarkably easy.

Difficult to rate this wine, still closed, dry mouth and pretty alcoholic. Not much fruit to discover, but might open up in a year or 2.

This wine has little nose, but dry and tannic feel in the mouth. Has potential, only needs time to soften the tannins and open up. Give it a year or 2, and try again!

The wine looks Ruby colored, smells like Blackberry, Blueberry, Red Currant. Lot's of red fruit in this wine! It tastes like Blackberry, and Red Currant and finishes medium-short, but has a very silky smooth taste to it. Really well balanced; Lot's of fruit, but not too much acidity. Subtle!

Very approachable, light bodied, fresh, fruity and smooth wine. Very enjoyable, and a good buy for under $10.

Solid Rioja in terms of QPR, Nothing special, but enjoyable!
Full bodied, some oak, bit of pepper and definitely hints of clove, which makes it a very good match for a stew, combined very well!

The wine looks Ruby colored, smells like Blackberry, Blueberry, Red Currant and a little (sweet) Cinnamon. It tastes like Blackberry, and Red Currant and finishes Short, low on tannins but has some acidity to it.

Very approachable, light bodied, fresh, fruity and smooth wine. Very enjoyable, and a good buy for under $10! Drink during light (pasta) diner, or in the afternoon with some olives or so. Don't keep it in your cellar to long, should be enjoyed now.

Edit: At day 2 (after decanting 24h), still very approachable and full of fruit, even smoother than day 1.

Agree with previous notes, showed a bit closed within the first half hour but it opened up after a while. Should have decanted about an hour before drinking I think. At first sip, the earth and cedar-tones were very present. The plate was tight but not to tight. The finish had clear tones of tobacco and some spices, should keep over next 3-5 years, will probably become less tight and more smooth. Think I will drink my second (and last) bottle around 2015.

Agree with previous note, not that much nose. It starts with sweet note and some acidity, followed by spicy and some dry tannic grip. A lot more oak than I would expect, since it fermented in steel instead of oak. Drank the first glass right out of the bottle, and second glass after 2 hours of air. Opens up a little over time, and the second glass was a little more smooth and pleasing than the first one.

Since the fermentation was done in steel (10-12 days) instead of several months in oak, I expected this wine to have less wood-tones and more fruit on the palate, and it should be consumed within 2 years. But now I have tasted it, I have my doubts on that.

I think this wine has enough body to last 3-5 years. Would like to see if the dry tannic grip, and acidity could be the key for this wine to keep it together in 3-5 years, and make it more pleasing to drink. 82-83 for now, but interesting to see how it will evolve.

Accessible wine, some earth in the nose, but tasting lots of fruit and low acidity. To me the fruit does not seem to be dried out due to this lack of acidity. Medium-short finish, drink young. Went really well with a boeuf bourguignon, very good QPR alternative to a standard Bourgogne.

Decanted for about an hour, lots of spices in the nose, cinnamon and clove together with forest fruits. Color is very thick, dark and purple. Promises to be very nice, but at the first taste a little to much acidity in my opinion, takes away the fruity nose. Could have been better, but still a lot of approachable tannins in the wine, so it might get a little bit better over time. For now a 83-85, but I have my doubts whether the fruit will survive another few years...

Very nice Sangriovese, has an almost Jam-like taste to it, very fruity and thick. Would be an excellent wine before dinner with some nice dried Sopressata or pepperoni, maybe even pairing with veal or ham.

First time I tasted a 100% Viognier from South Africa, and I liked it! The wine looks Yellow gold colored and it smells like Lychee and Peach. After tasting there are hints of Lychee definitely, a very nice wine for a light meal during summer of 2012-2014. Good value for what you get!
