Needs to be decanted for a couple of hrs and consumed with food. Deep ruby, dark fruit with spices and a hint of leather on the nose and palate. Good tannin but perhaps too acidic. Long acidic finish

Pop and pour for casual drinking. It's an uncomfortable drinking experience which was disturbed by its rough and bitter tannin. OK juicy cherry and blackcurrant taste. OK body. But rough texture made me put it away.

Overall was an overpowered champagne. Powerful white flowers, honeysuckle, fresh apple, citrus, lemon, bread yeast, etc. Still very young and disintegrated. Not a comfortable drinking experience. It definitely needs aging to smooth the edges. Very high potential. Not rated at the moment.
