Very good Chablis. Plenty of mineral and sea-side salt but also a nice, understated creaminess.

Lovely and mature burg. Red cherry, sous Bois,, and a slight acetic hint on the mid-palate. Some light wood spice to finish.

Really great - black cherry, aceticness, and a smooth, mature feel really reminded me of LdH Gran reserva.

Excellent. Red fruited nose and the palate is full of crushed bright berry, savory herbs, garrigue, and black pepper on the finish. So vibrant and energetic. It's densely flavored but light and jumping on the tongue.

Beautiful again. Put a decent chill on the bottle which it took with good spirits.

This is just beautiful, juicy, vibrant bojo, gulpable but not simple. Perhaps a touch more spice on the finish than the Eponym...

Really nice dark cherry and dusty earth palate with a strong undertone of woodsy spice. Relatively big but still graceful.

Really good chard. Full flavored, very mineral and savory with some nice lemon notes and a super long finish. Elegant and relatively light feel.

Almost certainly well past peak - very secondary with dark and slightly bitter wood overshadowing any remaining fruit.

There's an awful lot of oak barrel in this still. Is "structured" a code word for "oak"???

Freaking delicious. Sweet floral and white fruit nose. A really ripe and sweet yellow stone fruit palate but the body is lean and taut. Great minerality on the finish.

Beautifully textured silk and red fruit. If this had a few select French words on the label and were from the Loire...you probably couldn't buy it. Lol!

I don't believe this wine goes through malo (based on Zev Rovine's website). It definitely tastes like a green and tart granny smith. The natural wine store in DC told me it was zero sulfur - wish they had mentioned the winemaking besides the hipster element. 🙄

Very interesting wine. Has a mix of flavors and a hint of "naturalness". There's spice, pencil shavings, black berries, a touch of tannin and a lot of acid. Would be so excellent if it had a couple pinches more fruit.

Pretty gross. Tastes of apple cider vinegar. Is it flawed? Tastes like it. But I bought it on a "natural" wine store's strong recommendation so maybe it is supposed to be like this or it is really delicate and spoiled on their shelves.
