Understated but well balanced and refined. Not much complexity but what is there is delicious. No hard edges. Notes of cherry, mushrooms, red flowers and some minerality. All in low volumes, but perfectly in balance. A wine to enjoy and sip a little at a time.

Opened bottle and consumed over 2 hours. Really smooth, Lovely bouquet of lilacs, red and dark cherries.. Well integrated tannins. Drinking extremely well, but it probably has a few more years to hit peak (yes, I like my wine on the older side)

Beautiful wine. This wine can best be described like a cross between a Burgundy and a Beaujolais with the dustiness/rusticity of an Italian wine. Very, very good. Everyone loved it.

Delicious wine. PnP, At the beginning, you could feel some heat (15.5% ABV), but as it sat in the bottle, it began to dissipate somewhat. Really delicious. Went well with BBQ.

Way too young, but had to try it. Decanted for 8 hrs previously, but it was still pretty closed. Beautiful floral nose when initially decanting. Great structure, balance, acidity. You can tell this is well made and will ultimately score higher, but at this point all I can give is a 94.

PnP. Upon opening and first 30 minutes this was a 100 pt wine. Sexy nose (everything you want in an aged clared). On the palate, everything in balance, smooth. However, after 45 min or so it started to fade every so slightly, thus the 97 pts.

Somewhat maderized, but still very drinkable. Our group had different opinions on this wine ranging from 88 to 94 pts. It definitely had the acidity and sweetness that was expected, but the fruit was almost gone, overshadowed by the maderized taste.
