Was worried after reading review from 2021. This wine was cloudy when poured but I remembered advice from an Italian wine maker so we decanted it and let it settle for about 20 minutes and sure enough it was amazing! Well balanced ripened cherry fruit, lushish finish. Not bad for a 18 year old wine! Loved it.

Officially the oldest wine I have opened. Had to decant overnight as it was quite effervescent when opened. I was nervous that it turned but the next evening, I poured a glass with the some pasta and it was amazing!!

This was a 3 Liter bottle. Lots of life in this Zin. Tannins still very strong. I think aging for 10 years in a large format can make a difference. Drank with Los Paseos Board of Directors-Annual Dinner. Excellent!
