Quite modern and approachable in style. The nose is somewhat muted as far as fruit is concerned, and shows balsamic notes along with sulphur and eucalyptus. The palate is medium-bodied, lush and toasty, with redcurrant flavors mingled with menthol, finishing crisp and slightly spicy.

    12/11/15, 5:01 PM - Just started a glass and this note is spot on. I would give it a bump to 91 points in the WineTrooper score though. Very nice wine when you can find it on sale. This should drink well up until at least 2025, but probably not much longer. Good wine from an average vintage.
