I like the nose very much. It had minerality, buttery notes, hazelnut, mayflower and apple. Yet the palate was quite disappointing, which lacked richness and finish. Structure was pretty flat and dull. We drank it through two hours but improvement was little.

The nose was subdued but remained young. The structure was still good, with strength and fruit. Pity that we underestimated the wine and have not enough time for it to breathe. Drinking through 2.5 hrs, it was gradually developing quite beautifully. This wine still has potential for some years. (Note: my bottle was in excellent condition. The cork was intact. We didn't need an ah-so to open it)

Developed nose of coffee, chocolate and truffle. Unexpectedly firm structure and good acidity. Medium finish of herbs and earthy notes. It stayed lively after 2hrs of opening

Opened at 9 am and drank at 7:30 pm. First nose was some volatile liquid and black tea. Tannin remains quite noticeable. Good acidity and structure.

Simple and pleasant. A bit off dry at the first sip. Good to pair with grilled food. I drank it with Japanese teppanyaki

It's a surprise. Opened it at 2pm and drank through 11pm in a friend home party. It was so closed in the first 8 hours with watery palate. We all thought that s it. Yet the nose began to wake after 5 hours of bottle breathing and became very beautiful after 8ish. Better still, the body and tannin "revived", showing balanced structure (though not much strength) in the final hours.

Developing quite well after 2hrs of opening. Typical nose of CM, yet palate is rather strong, with alcohol and some ripe fruits emerging in mid palate. Medium finish.

Strong black fruit aroma with some hints of liquorice. Very concentrated black currant juice on the palate. Full body with rather soft and pleasant structure as tannin has integrated quite well. Look forward to its development in next 5 yrs.

Impressive nose of fruit and floral though it s not much related to CM. however, palate is rather disappointing as it remained watery after 2 hours of breathing ...

Sadly, the wine was not fully opened yet after few hours of breathing. It was gradually developing from meaty, minty with tea leaves, to starting to express some red fruits and floral notes.

Believe it should have more potential but it was bottom up in the lunch gathering too quickly ..

Quite new world at the first nose, with ripe strawberry and spices. Palate is quite powerful with medium to full body. It takes at least an hour to reveal its true characters of Beaune.

Excellent nose of graphite, pencil, tea and some mints. The nose is developing beautifully in the glass during the 20 mins of my tasting. Very enjoyable.

Concentrated black fruit constitutes sweet up front. Very rich and balanced structure

Lovely finish with more than 40 sec

Rather close on the nose with some unripeness. It may be due to some unripened Cabernet Franc. Structure is a bit loose with quite rough tannin.

A bit too young to drink it now. Will surely benefit from cellaring for few more yeas.
