Appearance: 10 Brillant, deep red brick with beauteful sign of ages
Nose: 29 Complex, noble and mutured nose of cassis, cedar, leather, game and tobacco and truffles
Palate: 46 Dry,medium body, perfectly balanced tanin. Truely a noble, classic Bordeaux caracter with long finish
Balance: 10 Well matured and very interesting

Very well balanced - definately it's own character,but I find some elements from both a good Chablis and Sancerre in this very refreshing Weissburgunder.
pale, neutral with good legs. Pears, gooseberr, flower in the nose. Dry, soft, medium body yet very refreshing with fine acid

Nose: 28 A fantastic synthesis of a matured, yet lively Pauillac and a noble vintage port. Ceder, liquorice, leather, truffles and even some currants left
Palate: 46 Again this fine mixture of a noble matured end strict Pauillac together with the strength of a matured vintage port to the ligth side
Balance: 10 There is absolutely nothing to complain about here - almost perfect - at least perfectly balanced!

Maturity: Reaady, can hold 5-10 years

Appearance: 9 Dark, glittering, find brick colour. Looks younger than it is. Off course it include some nice legs.
Nose: 29 Tremendous, typical Pauillac at it's best: Ceder, leather, truffles, peber and still a good portions of black currant.
Palate: 48 Full bodied, smouth but with perfect austerity to give this wine the designation of trully classic wine.
If one had, not seen the lable I would had guess that this was 10-15 years old.
Balance: 10 It does not get much better. A powerful, yet elegant topwine at its' peak.
Valuation: ******
Maturity: Now - 10 years It is fantastic now, and will proberly not get better, but I think, however it could stay for 10 years more, and still be a wine of geatest interest.

Appearance: 9 Exciting, very golden all most like a dessertwine. Medium body.
Nose: 27 furious and very complex bouquet of pear, passion fruit, currant blades well rounded with pretty new oak. The oak goes well in counterbalance with the pretty hard acid.
Palate: 47 Good body, medium dry, refreshing, distinctive but sof acid. There is a bit of creamcaramel and it is all very beautiful balanced in some sour-sweet finish
Balance: 9 What an exciting wine. Fantastic combination of Chinon, hard acid and toasted oak.
Valuation: ****** I must find some more bottles of this wine - highly recommended.
Maturity: Now - 2 y It is on its peak, and I don't think it will improve futher. Can hold however 1-2 years.
