12/20/22, 12:03 AM - Yes indeed, I would recommend decanting any wine not much for sediments but for airation. 30 to 45 mins prior drinking should be fine.
2/21/22, 7:32 PM - Luckly I have a couple from 2009...Thanks....
2/12/22, 9:17 AM - Try Domus Aurea and let me know….Outstanding PQR….Cab from Maipo Valley
2/12/22, 9:16 AM - How much did you spend per bottle?
5/12/21, 3:42 PM - Thank you 🙏 ….Cheers 🍷
2/9/21, 5:42 AM - Thank you Bad Monkey for your words...Yes I will look into the 2016...Hard to find but doable....
11/26/20, 3:07 PM - Great Let me know......Beautiful wine.....
10/21/20, 3:14 PM - Hi SRH, yes of course I can add some more comments, I opened this wine the night before, filtered any sediments (none) and put it back on its bottle with a rubber cork and vacuumed it back then went back to cellar temperature. Day 1 I tried it with some grilled sirloin and day 2 with cooked lenticels, not bad but it falls into the the lighter side of Barolos , also tannins not fully integrated yet.I would wait a couple years to see its development, luckily I have one more bottle.
10/14/20, 10:03 PM - Clearly you have no idea about red wines.
10/14/19, 9:55 AM - change your score....81 is not great is awful....honest mistake I imagine....
8/22/17, 11:20 AM - Hi, I actually decanted for good 4 hours prior dinner...not much backbone there...thin cab...
8/23/17, 11:32 AM - Screwcap..!!!
8/25/17, 9:52 AM - My only concern on this wine is the lack of fruit and not very strong tannins to hold it for 10 years. Also, don't be afraid of screw caps...they work nice.
Thanks for letting us know about this problem. We will review your comments and be in touch soon with an update.
