Hier passte wirklich gar nichts.

Delicious. Excellent typical Tempranillo - berries in the nose and fruity on the palate, harmonic and a subtle sweetness. A very pleasant surprise!
White - Off-dry

A very dark, stern and earnest wine. Dry, but with lots of fruit. Drank over the course of 3 days, and it improved, became more harmonic, each evening.
I might buy again. A few years in the cellar won't hurt this wine, I believe.
White - Off-dry
This is a good Riesling Kabinett, off-dry, lots of fruit and minerals, BUT, it is currently too young to drink!
At the moment (08/2021) there is only a hint of the aromas and tastes this will develop in a few years time.
I should have known better and kept it in the cellar... well, another lesson learned, I guess.

Naa... imho this one had too much acid. No nose, hardly anything enjoyable on the palate. Can't recommend.
White
Well, yes, this is a decent white blend. Verdejo is the dominating grape.
White
This wine has an all dominating gloomy and dismal acid, that makes it taste like a 50-hour week at a job that sucks and with idiot co-workers who hate you. And all on minimum wage.
White - Sweet/Dessert
Too young! I think this wine needs another 2-3 years in the cellar, at least. Currently it has no nose/aroma and tastes like sweetened water. (And no, I don´t have Corona ;) )
Red
A very decent red table wine, nothing special, and nothing to complain :)
White - Off-dry
Schade.

+++
Rather bland and undistinctive nose. On the palate actually not bad, but very thin. Tasted as if 20% water was added to an otherwise decent off-dry wine.
White
Pale golden in color and a typical aromatic Sauvignon Blanc nose.
Really dry on the palate with very little acid. I liked it!
White

Schade.
White
This Alsace Gewürztraminer had an underlying bitterness to it, that made it rather unpleasant to drink. Won't buy again.
White
This Muskateller Kabinett has a fresh floral and fruity buoquet. It comes with just the right amount of sweetness, and there is a lot of elegance in this wine. I was pleasantly surprised, and I liked it very much.
White - Off-dry
Red
Very pleasant! Smooth and round and warm, with just the right amount of sweetness. Will buy again.
White
I really like this light-weight Kabinett Riesling by Lotz. It is fresh and very sweet, has only 8% alc. and a wonderful mineral juicyness. Even after 3 days of opening I detected no loss of quality.
90 points, because for a wine that does not even break the 10 Euro mark, I think it is excellent.

This wine was pleasant enough, but it was not more than a moderate "very good". Opened 2 hours before drinking. Reluctant nose, dry on the palate. Nothing really remarkable. Kept 1/3 bottle for day 2 and found it had diminished considerably.
Maybe this will benefit from 5-10 more years in the cellar, I don't know.
Red
Definitlely needs to breathe for a day. It was quite nice, round and harmonic on the second day of opening. Liked it.

White - Off-dry
Tasted this over the weekend. Day 1 was an overall disappointment, no nose, and just an erratic sweetness on the palate.
On Day 2 this wine had settled, was much more structured, harmonic and actually really good. Just as one would expect with a Riesling Auslese. Day 3 equally as good.
My impression was, that this wine will benefit much from a few more years in the cellar. If I had another bottle, I'd keep it until 2025 or so...
White
It was a mistake to open this. This wine is totally closed right now.

I am disappointed, not in the wine, but in my online wine-merchant, who said it is ready-to-drink.

Keep it in the cellar for at least a year or two. Maybe even longer.
White
Sauvignon Blanc is so dominant, that I would not have identified this wine as a blend. Which is fine, because I like Sauvignon Blanc.
It's nothing special though - just an inexpensive dry white.

White - Sweet/Dessert
Drank this bottle over the course of a week. It was the first "Orange" wine I had, and quite frankly - I was not impressed.
If compared to a regular sweet Gewürztraminer Auslese or Spätlese, this "Orange" barely had any nose, just a very subdued hint of the typical aromas of roses and fruit. Same on the palate... acidity, sweetness, fruit, minerals... all really hard to notice.
Don't get me wrong, it was nice enough to drink (low alcohol as well), but I found myself asking the same question:
If you have a bunch of ripe Gewürztraminer grapes - why transform them into this "Orange"-nonsense instead of a regular Auslese? It makes no sense to me.

No rating, because it should not be compared with regular wine.
Red
I liked it. Typical Primitivo nose of dark red berries and fruit. On the palate soft and harmonic with a slight sweetness in the background.
Red
Very pleasant, silky and smooth on the palate, a hint of sweetness. I liked it.
White
To myy surprise this was... disappointing. Over the course of the last months I had 3 bottles of this years Spreitzer Doosberg Alte Reben and they were all the same: barely any nose, and on the palate... well, unbalanced. I can't even give a "good", not for 15 €/bottle.
White
No, sadly, this was not a good wine. While not labeled "dry", it certainly was rather on the dry side, and it missed nearly everything that I like about the Gewürztraminer-grapes. A tad bit too much acid, barely any nose, and I definitely missed some sweet fruit.
White
I drank the first bottle of this by the end of February 2019. Back then this wine had a fresh floral note, was crisp and clean and very pleasant all around.

Today however, this dry Riesling has aged significantly. It is still good, but it seems to have matured at an accelerated pace. There is already an underlying acerbity in the finish and I'm afraid it will cross the line to "undrinkable" sometime soon. Well, a new vintage will be available soon, I hope...

Drank this over the course of two days, and didn't like it much. Way, waaay too much acidity on the palate, that dominated everything. Maybe this will change/develop over the years, maybe my food pairing was off... I don't know.
White
My last bottle of this was about two years ago. Today, unfortunately, this is not drinkable anymore. While the nose was promising enough, there was a deep bitterness on the palate, that made swallowing absolutely impossible. Lesson learned: Don't keep mediocre dry whites for too long.
White
Immer wieder superlecker. Süffig, blumig, fruchtig. Derzeit mein Lieblingswein.
White
Smooth and wonderfully balanced on the palate, but surprisingly I found this lacking the typical SB-aromas. Maybe it was me / the food-pairing... Still a really good wine.
White - Off-dry
Goldene Farbe. Sanfte Süße mit kräuterigem Abgang. Ganz wunderbar.
Red
Seemed rather generic to me. Barely any nose. Still good/okay in the price range <10 €
White
Typcal Gewürztraminer nose, fruits, flowers... surprisingly thick on the palate, sweet and spicy and a very slight hint of bitterness in the finish.
This gave me a mild headache yesterday evening, and I only had a half of the bottle (paired with regular dinner - bread, cheese and salad).

Now for something different... I had no expectations, and was therefore easily and pleasantly surprised by this very sweet Sauvignon Blanc Auslese. It is distinctly different from a regular SB in the nose, with a rich aroma of ripe yellow fruit and herbs (but without the typical cut grass and gooseberries).
On the palate very sweet and juicy, slightly herbal but not bitter. I'm sure this could be a great companion for cheese.
Only thing this wine lacked was a longer finish. Compared to some sweet Rieslings I have tasted, I found this to be a bit thin and lacking depth. It is still very good though, and since it is fair priced I will surely buy another one.

***
My very first "Trockenbeerenauslese". Whiskey-colored with an intense concentrated aroma of a sweet Mosel-Riesling-Spätlese with slight botrytis notes. Extremely sweet and full-bodied on the palate. Perfect with dessert, cake or biscuits.

+++++
Compared to the bottle I had in November I like it less. Still a good wine with structure and harmony, but overall... no. The 2018 vintage will be better, I'm sure.

A fresh and floral nose; on the palate very sweet (!), juicy and mineral. A great typical Kabinett-class Riesling from the steep slopes of the Mosel.
White
Beautiful delicate floral nose, fresh and clean. On the palate this is a typical Kabinett-class wine. Lightweight and easy to drink, with just enough sweetness. Very Good!
White - Off-dry
Drank over the course of 5 days. It was rather disappointing, I'm afraid. My overall impression was, that this wine is still not settled and too young to drink. Either that, or the 2013 is just not that good. If I had another bottle I would not touch it for another 3-5 years.
Red
I followed the advice of Soteriologist and drank this beautiful Primitivo over the course of 4 days. It was really best on day 2, when it had developed a fantastic nose (dark berries, herbs, spices), and was full and fruity on the palate with a very enjoyable underlying sweetness. On day 3 it had changed significantly, was less fruity and had a certain tartness.
Still really good, though. All in all a very pleasant wine.

I had two bottles of this Spreitzer Kabinett over the last 6 weeks.
Both were quite awful in the nose - overripe fruit and an underlying musty smell.
If you managed to avoid breathing in while drinking, the wine was rather full bodied and tasted very much like clear apple juice. While this is not necessarily a bad flavor, it is not what I'm looking for when opening a bottle of Riesling.
White
This lightweight Kabinett is quite wonderful, despite the (comparatively) cold summer of 2017.
Beautiful in the nose, an ideal Riesling with notes of flower, fruit and a hint of herbs. Perfectly balanced on the palate - acid and a slight sweetness in the background... this is an easy, very enjoable wine.
