Day 1 - cool, red fruit with lots of earthy notes
Day 2 - kind of flat, boring, with only hints of the previous day

    4/20/14, 12:27 PM - No, I didn't leave it alone for a third day. I assumed that since it was pinot noir, it may have just gone flat. Will hold on to my next bottles for a bit anyway, maybe saving some for day 3.
