Nice enough, I may just not be a big fan of GV

Nice! Grassy notes, as well as light lemon accents... delicious!

Nice enough, but not our favorite hart wine... (High bar!)

Way too young, needs another few years before opening.

Superb wine, perfect balance... Super QPR, especially under $20.

Delicious wine at first, but seemed to have a harsh metallic/bitter finish that really put us off. I suppose the bottle could be flawed...

Pretty good -- rich & well-rounded, lots of tropical fruit. This is normally from AOC gascony, but I guess 2018 got blended with something else so became Vin de France.

Nice enough sweet wine, well-rounded, good depth. Good QPR, especially under $20.

We thought it was excellent on opening, and then it lost a lot overnight in the fridge. Would try to drink in one sitting next time (although that's tough for a sweet wine without company)...

Excellent... However, there are other 2008s that we prefer very slightly. Don't get me wrong, we very much enjoyed this.

Nice wine, good balance, a little closed -- would benefit from decant or age at this point...

Struggled with this. I suspect it was opened way young for a Saint Emilion... Or perhaps needed way more air instead. Leaving this unrated...

Very good, very interesting. It was quite strongly flavored, and I have to say it wasn't quite to my taste. Maybe I needed a better food pairing.

Great bordeaux, nice balance of tannins and fruit. Not a great QPR over $30, though...

Loved this, a big wine with bags of mouthfeel. It tastes almost like a sauterne without the sweetness, easy to drink with or without food.

Heavily volcanic, certainly reminiscent of Sicilian wine where they have a similar geographic setup. A little stinky, but I think it disperses quickly enough, leaving the volcanic minerality as the dominant note. Would go well with lamb etc.

Lots of flavor, but has that high acidity that is typical of NZ wines. Not my taste...

I have to say I did not care for this wine. A bit acidic and some bitter elements. I'm not a fan of NZ pinots in general, so will not rate this.

New world pinot gris/grigio. More full-bodied than a classic Italian PG. Very drinkable, and enjoyed it!

Excellent on opening, lots of classic sauv blanc elements. I think the acidity got to me over the course of the bottle, though. Also, I don't think it held well over night, becoming less aromatic and more emphasis on the acidity. Might buy more at $10+.

Quite nice, unusual with the riesling in the blend (20%) giving it that signature petroleum bouquet.

Liked my second bottle more than the first. Maybe a food pairing thing. However, confirmed overall view that it is basic table wine that is better with Italian food. I think there are better QPR options out there.

Great wine, classic Greek style. Reasonable overtones of leather, so better with food. Paired very well with lamb (surprise!).

Struggled to get into this, tannins were prominent and fruit one-dimensional. Maybe an Aussie style thing, but I prefer other cabs.

Powerful pop of grenache / fruit flavor, thoroughly enjoyed it. QPR good too, but definitely an Aussie "in your face" style.

Very nice, my first exposure to Canadian Ice Wine. Not sure I'm blown over by the style, but this seemed well made.
