Earthy, chalky, mineral. Dark fruit. A little dank. Very nice with the right food but not really just for sipping.
Red
Drinking well.

Do not drink this wine yet, save it for a few more years. Drinking very well now but needs time in a decanter or bottle.

In a very nice place. Acid is good, flavor great. It has a few more years for good drinking, but probably not improving at this point. Just steady.
Red
Decanted for about an hour. Pretty smooth at this point. Wish I had bought the next release.

This is drinking well regardless of what others say (Six years ago). I think it is still fresh and drinking very well. It is not improving at this point so I would drink it soon, but you will enjoy it.
White
Pretty darn tasty with flounder. Better a few degrees warmer than cellar temperature, but not room temp.

Bought at the winery on release during a visit. Popped and poured, saved a glass for the second night. Very nice, very different that it was in the tasting room. While I like the wine, there are producers that I like more for half the price.
White
Almost reisling like, but without the overbearing petrol. A bit of earth on the second day.
This is past it’s prime, but I dig it.

It goes well with salmon tacos, but is too tart just for sipping. Ok for the price, but I have never been a big Sauvignon Blanc fan.

Not too bad given the price point and age for a wine that was not meant to age. A bit big but still easily recognizable as a Bordeaux. Would not buy (this was a gift) bit would drink happily.
White
Consumed over a week. No notes but I will say it was great and only improved with being opened.

Consumed over three nights. I think it is phenomenal though my wife feels it is a bit flat.

A nice Riesling. Not too sweat but enough so to pair with dessert.
Rosé - Sparkling
A nice bubbly for sitting around when it so hot. Nice to sip on, nothing complex and a little sweet. Pool wine. At 8% ABV, crushable.
White
This is coming along nicely. Lemon, daisy, and a bit of sunshine. Very nice.

Two hour decant. Great wine but still tannic and tight. Wait another two to ten years.

Consumed over four days. The first two it was a bit big and overpowering, but on the third and fourth it had mellowed and was much more enjoyable. I would recommend holding a few more years.
Red
Still a little tight, but coming along nicely. Very tasty.
Rosé
Pretty solid for $10

Drank my first one of these in 2013. Thought holding it a few years would help it mature a bit. Still tastes like a bad Paso Roble wine, or maybe am Apothic.

A beautiful example of a Bourgogne blanc. My only regret is that I only have six. No more splitting cars.

Not impressed. Tastes like cherry lozenge. No real depth.

A little lackluster upon opening at wine fridge temp. It developed over two hours as it breathed and warmed a little. Good for sipping by the pool but not a keepe.
White
Found this hidden in the eurocave. It is drinking very well, just goes to show this wine can age. I wish I had more.
Rosé
A good summer sipper for the price.

Agree with Sellar Rat, seems to be closed right now. Still enjoyable but a bit flat.

Maybe this was an off bottle, but it was rather disappointing. Rather large and fruity. None of the funkiness that I buy Pegau for.
Not a bad wine, but not what I expected. I will try another bottle sooner than later.

Ok, but not great. Beat by a 2014 Barolo.

This is in a great place right now. Went awesome with duck the first two nights. Then it was forgotten in the cellar for a week and consumed the rest with salmon. Still going strong. Wish I had more.

As a few others have said, this is a big wine and needs time. I will hold the others for a few more years.

A bit unpleasant the first night, considered dumping it down the drain. But it is drinking much better on the third night. Would not buy again though.

Consumer over four nights. Very nice. Limestone, graphite, a bit of dark fruit (not exactly blackberry, but close).

PnP. Prett good the first night. Austere, a little lean, what I expected. The second night it turned a bit flabby and one dimensional. I think it will o,prove over a few years, but not a lot.

I wish I had read BRogo’s note before opening. The first night it was ok, but not good enough to buy again. The second night it was dead flat, no tannins. I am not sure more time will bring it around unless it is just sleeping.

Consumed over two nights. Very metallic the first night. Eased some after a few hours. The second day it had improved but honestly not what I would expect from a rioja. Only really good with food.

Consumed over two nights. Matchstick on the nose. Not in a bad way. Dark fruits. Palate is cherry, dust. Very nice.

Third night of tasting. It was good the first night but has really evolved now. A most excellent example of OR PN. And the price is hard to beat.

PnP. Dark fruit, good deep flavor. Very slight fermentation, but not off putting and my wife did not even notice it and she usually comments on everything. I think I tasted it because I knew it was a possibly.

Drank well over two nights. Plenty of time left, do not rush it.

PnP. Consumed over two nights. Should have made it last three or decanted. Tight the first night. Funky in a good way. Need to source more and hold for the long term.
