Had this twice now. Still not really open, will wait 2 years before opening the next bottle.

Very fresh, pure, fine minerals, light citric backbone, delightful acidity. All about balance, elegance and refinement.

No warmth and oppullence here.

Wow 93 objectively but a 100 subjectively. This is such an intriguing wine. Takes you to the edge, pushes you over and pulls you back up again (like so many of Pieter Walser’s wines) you just want to take another sip and be mesmerized. Herbaceous notes in the best possible way and staying true to varietal and country of origin. If you want to be challenged indulge yourself with this wine.

Ready to drink. Notes of brown suger and dark chocolate but still dominated by vived fruit. A real treat, glad to have opened it now.

Lovely complex vosne nose with elements of sous bois, almost a bit too mature at this point probably due to a bad cork, so glad I opened this bottle now. Not a lot of fruit but other things are going on. Nose developed over a couple of hours.

Lacking a bit of body. This wine is all about the nose and first sip.

Good potential. Will need some cellaring to become fun. 92 in 3-4 years???

Just a very very nice Barolo. So approachable already it is scary. None of my remaining bottles will live to mature.

Wonderful texture. Still young it seems but really like barolo at this maturity. Great balance lovely chewy tannins good acidity if anything it lacks a little complexity but that will probably come with age. Glad I drank it tonight. My wife and I bought this on our first vacation together so some sentimental value in it as well.

Had my first bottle 2 years ago where it didnt excite me. Was very straight forward and nothing extraordinary. A week ago it was a completely different experience and the two extra years of aging had turned it into a very interesting experience. If you have any drink it now or give a couple of years more.

At first it seemed overdue but after an hour in the decanter all the unpleasentness disappeared and a really complex wine with citrus aromas minerality and a long aftertaste came through. I Think it Was opened at just the right time it Being a lovely summer night with with freshly caught trout.

Great satisfaction. Decanted for an hour amazing fruit mainly cherries but also a bit exotic reminded mé of a much younger wine but definately aged with earthy tones just as dominating as the fruit. Could have had a couple more years but glad I opened it.

Not as the Manzoni but enjoyable. I remember a lot of dark chocolate, a little less fruit than I expected. I would spend a little extra ón the Manzoni from the same producer.

Good good good. Modern barolo and very nebbiolo true. Style a little American maybe due to vintage but absolutely enjoyable and drinkable at this moment. Tannins quite soft, great fruit in nose and on the palate. Difficult to say how this Will age but my last 3 bottles Will almost certainly not last that long.

Drank a bottle a year ago that Was enjoyable but not great. Nose Was closed and didn't evolve much given some air. This year Was different classic burgundy cherries, earthy and some tobacco. This wine Will not come and get you but you Will have to chase it so give yourself some time. If you have a bottle i suggest you drink it now.

Difficult to rate this Wine. At first very nice, aroma, palate, everything. But after a while the lack of acidity gets to you and you become disappointed. Furthermore 2 out of 5 bottles were corked.

powerful deep and interesting wine for 10 $. lots of alcohol so need to be served cool.

Good structure. Lovely burgundy. Very straight forward, little lack of complexity. Didn't really have Grand Cru strength, but close.

A lot of oak that almost covers the fruit. Powerful but delightful. For me it had to much oak to feel really satisfied
