Drinking very well now and for several more years. Slightly fruit forward but definitely not over the top.

- It's balanced with a medium/full body with a long finish - A very nice Chardonnay with good acid and fruit balance. Drinking very well now.

Will benefit from another year or two of cellaring. Tannins are still a bit harsh and gritty on the finish.

Previous bottle, shared with several Napa wine industry people, was flawed. This one was spot on. Great balance of restrained fruit and acidity. A pleasure to drink.

I probably should have decanted this wine before drinking. The nose was pretty hot and it was somewhat tannic on the palate. More cellar time might help.

Drinking really well, like a fine Burgundy rather than a California Pinot Noir. This Sorry it's my last bottle.

Drinking very well. This bottle was not as fruit forward as the last one. It was very enjoyable and well balanced with nice smokey notes. Should be at its peak for several more years.

This one may have been oxidized. This bottle was certainly not a 90 point wine.

95. This wine, at 15 years old, drinks like a young wine with well resolved tannins. The color is dark purple with no brown edges and the body is medium. The fruit shines through with a smooth and silky mouthfeel. The wine was decanted for about 2 hours.

Drinking very well. Dark color with no bricking. Needed about 10 -15 minutes in the glass to open up. Lots of sediment. Probably time to drink this wine.

92. This wine, at age 22, was still young and vibrant. After about 15 minutes of airtime the wonderful a fruit notes emerged and remained for the full 2 hours when the bottle was fully consumed. The wine showed no signs of oxidation, the color was good with no bricking and we truly enjoyed this bottle which has been in my cellar for at least 19 years.

This bottle was way out of balance. Too much cola and raspberry. Hopefully an anomaly and not representative of my remaining bottles.

Medium to light color, medium body. This is not an over-the-top, fruit forward California Pinot. It is much more in he Burgundy style. Drinking well now with smooth tannins and a long finish.

A wonderful, mature wine. Decanted for about 3 hours+ before drinking. The nose was a bit funky when the wine was first opened but improved significantly during the decanting time. The color was medium dark and the wine was full bodied with good, restrained fruit and smooth tannins. Drinking very well now and should remain good for several more years.
