1/12/17, 3:31 AM - Hi, Kirk. I drank that bottle at the Rebelle restaurant in NYC. He was not decanted and his appearance was perfect. I can not remember any significant sediment in that bottle. You're lucky to have that wine. It is very difficult to find.

6/2/13, 8:46 AM - In 2011, I did this trip by Piedmont. Fantastic wines, breathtaking foods and Bellagio..... If you have time, know the La Ciao Tournavento Restaurant in Treizo; the cellar is impressive. I also suggest, the restaurant Osteria dell Arco in Alba and wine store Grandi Vini di Alba in Alba. Capellano is another level, but needs time.
