Decanted 7 hours prior to the event. Tasted when opened and it didn't improve much after the 7 hours. But that wasn't a problem because it was superb. Served at no more than 16ºC first, the aroma started to really shine in the nose when the temperature leveled the 18º C, which seems to be the right spot. In the mouth, after the first sip we can feel the perfect acidity balancing the full bodied ripe fruit. It's like feeling small bubbles popping in the mouth like a festival of good music. Pepper, red fruit, jelly, menthol, black chocolate. The full monty! Amazing. Drink it now or you'll lose it forever.

Decanted 7/8 hours prior to the event which revealed some hidden aromas like red fruit and earthy elegant notes. Silky texture showing amazing tannins and an endless end. The entrance was much more elegant than expected. Round and full bodied. It has 10 more years ahead for sure but it is capable of providing pleasure just as it is now. Silky tannins. Absolutely amazing end.

Really enjoyed the structure of this wine. Smooth and silky but it still seems to have a couple of more years ahead. Berries in the nose at first but a nice touch of spice and tobacco after. Enjoy it with strong tasty food.

Some earth notes and cedar but everything very very tight. Not effusive enough. Some red ripe fruit but not interesting. In the mouth is correct and polished but uninteresting.

Simple riesling with the usual mineral notes but a lack of acidity that didn't help the tasting experience. Some sweetness. Seems to be in its descending curve so, drink it now. Overall, not bad but not super either.
