Magnum. Damaged and leaking from shipping. Cork was wet throughout with the leak path very clear. Initial aromas are ok - not corked, probably a bit oxidized, but unclear from the bottle neck.

This was fantastic. Earthy, herbs, nice aged character. A brilliant bottle, despite the leaky destroyed cork.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmm ... 54 bottles, no reviews. Well, I'm not sold on this one ... I get dirt, but not good dirt ... dirt that muddies up the taste for me. Beautiful in the glass, with dark fruit on the nose and palate ... in dirt. Hopefully as time goes by, it'll all balance out.

More Cab than Shiraz, Id be interested to know the exact percentages. Gripy tannin, dark chocolate bitterness, currently unbalanced but that might knit together given time? The finish is short and thin. A nice enough wine, but would expect a lot more for the price.
