An N.V Pinot Gris! Pink/dark yellow in color. Undefined glazed and slightly cooked fruit. Lacking acidity and a slightly oily, heavy texture leading to a short finish with some bread/yeast notes. What a pity that this winery with the best "story" of all wineries in Israel does not produce better wines.
