3/30/14, 8:24 PM - IPOB equals "in pursuit of balance" which are wines that are generally more austere/lean, higher acid, and lower alcohol (ie. Ceritas, kutch, au bon climat, failla, etc). There's an ipob producers guild, which supports the style through a number of causes.
