Enjoyed over 2 hours, You can really sense that this is a high end white wine when the bubbles fade out in the glass. The nose was classical Krug with alluring bread/dough/yeast. Flavor full of yellow apples and pear, combined with tremendous acidity, left me in awe.
Obviously has a lot of years a head, but still a very nice experience tasting it now.

This bottle was slow ox'ed for 4 hours, which seemed adequate.
Excellent nose of mostly blackcurrant, very well structured and oh so elegant. My guests thought it was 10-12 years younger.
So nice to experience a wine that's completely integrated.

From magnum, slow oxed for 10 hours.
Wow what a beautiful nose of sweet barnyard and a hint of licorice and blood orange.
First time I've tasted pure Cabernet Franc so i had a hard time describing what I tasted. This had very good acidity and quite remarkable tannins so I expect this to go on for years to come.

Tasted over two days.
Oh my p'n'p gorgeous nose of blueberries and smoke, the palate coating you with forest berries galore and some vanilla, high viscosity.
On day two the nose was very shy and the palate was dominated by sweet fruit but still very high viscosity. It performed like a north american rhone blend from a warm vintage. First time I've experienced this in a Cornas wine.
97 points on day 1 and down to 93 on day two, curious to see how my remaining botles will fare.

Opened and slow oxed for 24h.
Very expressive bouquet of primarily horse droppings and some firewood. Balanced body with red berries and nice acidity. Aftertaste for 30 sec that fades away beautifully. This was less volcanic/ashish than the 2008 i tasted a year ago. This is build for the long haul.
Great qpr.

Wow the nose on this was the most extreme I've smelled. A mix of cow poop and freshly grounded pepper, too much of it. It tasted better and was actually nicely balanced. Just difficult to abstract from the nose.

Slow ox'ed for 10 hours, drank over 3 hours.
Beautiful nose of gunpowder and smoked meat, a hint of blood too.
Incredible balance with blue and red berries, pure pleasure syrah.
The last glass weren't as expressive as the first.
Wish Reynvaan was easier to get hold of in europe.

This bottle weren't really up to task, but it wasn't really off either.
3 hour decant and it had quite expressive nose (more than he La Landonne) but it became pretty quickly acidic and therefore a bit weird experience.

flawed
When opened this bottle came of a bit corked, but a 3 hour decant made it come back to life for a while. The nose was oxidated, and the body only held up for 2 seconds before it fell of a cliff.
Had high hopes for this, alas it was a flawed bottle.

My first experience with mature syrah, after 3hour decant this was at its zenith. Intoxicating nose of dark berries and mint, the mouthfeel was amazingly pure joy of balanced fruit, lasting a minute.
After 4 hours it started to fade.

Pnp this was classic SQN, high viscosity almost able to chew the wine.
A bit on the sweet side, but very well balanced and hiding the alcohol well.
Primarily red fruits with a touch of white pepper.

Opened 20 hours in advance, this came off with a bit too much alcohol dominating. Underneath it was nice classical cdp flavours, garrigue, kirsch and fennel.

Opened 20 hours in advance. This was so light on its feet, seemless liquid. A hint of bacon fat and bit more oak, this should evolve for many years.

This bottle surprised me by being pretty evolved.
Not as floral as other La moulines, but smooth and well balanced.
The fruit was pretty much dissolved, but it didn't have so many secondary notes, so all in all not its best showing.

Pnp this is the most feminine Cayuse I've tried.
Not much funk or olives like many other Cayuses. Its more delicate red berries ending in beetroot and rhubarb. Well balanced and smooth, I thought it reminded more of a grenache based wine, very enjoyable on its own.
