Pure red fruit flavors. Would have preferred a little more backbone and acidity, but nevertheless a well made wine. Good crowd pleaser for guests that don't appreciate the more structured wines.

Massive wine that has all the stuff to be really good, but still needs a few more years to come together.

Passed its prime or never reached it? Regardless, this was not good. Thin, acidic with washed out fruit.

Needs about an hour in the decanter and then opens up niceley. Heat was subtle, but lingered in the background and caused this to be just slightly out of balance.

Good quaffer. Solid QPR and everyday drinker.

Good, but not great, Bordeux, particularly at this price point.

Well-made wine with very good cabernet flavor profile. Opened up after about 2 hours in decanter. Lack of depth and complexity prevent this from getting more points.

Not good. Drinkable upon opening, and that's the best I can say about it, but after a few hours, a truly miserable wine. Down the drain.

Above average bourgogne -- good value. I would get this again.

Very good. Not as big as a CA pinot, not as elegant as a burgnudy, just right.

Disappointing. Not as good as the 04. No depth or complexity. Cheap pinot, and it tasted like it.

Perhpas it needs a few years, but this was not giving up much fruit or personality. Decent wine, but not enough for me to try again.

Big, ripe Aussie shiraz with lots of dark, pruney fruit and a hint of the alcohol, but one of the better ones.

Had a jammy, cooked fruit aspect to it. Okay at this price point, but overall not something I enjoyed.

Medium bodied pinot, with a complex but good flavor profile dominated by strawberries.

Aussie fruit bomb, big alcohol. Well made, just not my thing.

Very good and enjoyed having something different. Crisp, clean SB with just a little bit of fruit.

We liked this one. Not as tart as the N/Z SBs, a much different style that is more refined. Excellent juice.

Really enjoyed this. Elegant pinot, between Cali and classic Burg in style.

Agree with WS review. Well made, but a bit fruity with lots of plum and cooked fruit going on.

Didn't like this one. Very little fruit, fairly tannic. Drank with a cold, perhaps that was the problem.

Really enjoyed this. Enjoyable now, will improve with a few more years in the bottle.

Well made and enjoyable, but there just something here that I was missing or didn't appreciate. Full bodied, and high alcohol, but definitely did not have grape juice and alcohol profile you sometimes find in AU.

Pleasant wine. Medium-light tannis, not terribly complex, but well made and likely to appeal to winos and non-winos alike.

Did not enjoy this. Good nose and well developed flavors, but all of that was trumped by sharp tanins and a certain greenness to the wine.

84. Decent value, but nothing to get excited about. Minor fruit, light tannins.

Really enjoyed this. Rustic with complex flavors that had mellowed nicely over time. Blackberry, licorice and asphalt.

Firm tannins, but not overbearing. Very little fruit and complexity. Acceptable for the price, but I would not get it again.
