we purchased this wine at a local restaurant for 50% off on a wednesday night. we ordered a vegetarian pizza and a pasta with veggies and a bit on the arabiatta side. nice nose to the wine. chocolate. tobacco. chewy. jammy. nice wine paring also with a beef stew and sauteed spinach we had the next night. terrific.
