2 hour decant. Improved nicely. Young wine but amazing as usual for Morlet! Nose of blueberry compote, smoked meat, leather and tobacco. Very savory, interesting- draws you in. Beautiful texture, balance, mouth feel and finish.

I am so glad I have many more bottles of this amazing wine. Enjoyed at Sycamore in Newton, MA with Rangel, Larry Moss and the APSA crew. This was the WOTN (along with the Marcassin Chardonnay) in my view. Amazing nose, mouth feel and texture. Big and bold, though with finesse- Quite drinkable now-- and I can't wait to revisit in the future. Nose of pine, blueberry and subtle oak. Elevation on the palate with very smooth and integrated tannins; great finish.

Enjoyed at Steak 48 last night with Shami and Sara. Wow! Spectacular! What a nose; literally explodes from the glass. Amazing texture and mouth feel. Quite young. Can't wait to try in 4-5 years!
