What an incredible wine. It’s been a year since my last bottle. Had with Thanksgiving dinner. Popped the cork around 10 am, straight back into the bottle, and then back in cellar until consumed at 5:00 pm. It ran laps about the B Cellars George III consumed right after. This wine is huge fruit yet made in a refined way. Any one that looks down on Paso wines should have the privilege of drinking this wine. I’m so lucky to have been turned onto this winery from Cristal2000 a couple years back.

What an incredible bottle of wine. 3+ hour decant really opened this young wine up and was ready for showtime. I’m guessing another year or 2 may add another point but can’t imagine a bottle of syrah tasting much better. Paired with a tomahawk and mushroom risotto. Perfection. Glad to have more of these.

Incredible QPR at sub $40 through distribution. Thanks Mark for the head’s up on this wine awhile back. The 6 pack was a great purchase. Opened hot as expected but still enjoyable on pop and pour. 90 minutes in this wine was singing. Everything came together beautifully and Venge hit a home run on this every day drinker. 93-94.

Best qpr Merlot around. Full bodied and incredible nose. Group guessed napa cab. In a perfect place to drink.
