Long time since I had a zin....don't know if it's the zin or how the wine was made but it felt too "sweet"...like a Menage a trois. For the price, I was expecting something better.

Wow...first time drinking a wine from this producer...it had a lot of fruit and matter for a CDR...can't wait to try the CDP.

By the way...I love producers like Janasse who use thick glass bottles....it almost says "The liquid in this botle is precious and we want to ensure the safety of this nectar".

This is special.....not much experience with this type of white. Initially you would think that it's oxydized or vey sheery like....but then you realize this is probably what the producer was shooting for....this is the "style" of this wine. Need to give this a chance.

Nothing says "I love you" like a red Burgundy from Bruno Clair! Seriously, my wife chose this wine for our diner. She loves the wines of Bruno Clair and with good reason. So far, I've never been disappointed with this producer.

For those who love whites from Souther France, this is a great wine! Made mainly with grenache gris. Could drink this all summer, just for the pleasure or with meal eaten outside in the sun.

Not certain if I like the style of this one yet.....Drank right after the white Marsannay 2008 from Bruno Clair and I much preferred the Marsannay. Probably needs time to mellow out a little....3-4 years of cellaring might be good.

Drank a second bottle in less than a month. Wow factor is still there. Will definately add bottles to my inventory shortly. Wine is at a very nice place currently, and for $30, worth every penny.

Warning: I'm biased when it comes to white CDP...my favorite whites. LOVEDDD this 2010 from La Nerthe. If the regular 2010 tastes this great, can't wait to try the Clos de Beauvenir 2010!

A great Cote Rotie but unfortunately paled in comparison to the 2nd Rhone wine of the evening (CDP Marie Beurrier from H. Bonneau). A very "feminin" wine. Will most likely not purchase in the future, I believe there is much better value for money in that appellation.

Not the best Comtes d'Eguisheim I've had....seems to be past it's prime. 2 bottles left in the cellar, will try another one over the next few months and see if it's the still the case.

Dark yellow gold color. Very light aroma of toffee or caramel. The wine is past it's prime and nearing end of it's life. Enjoyable but should have drank a few years sooner.
