While I love bordeaux blends, I'm generally not a big fan of bordeaux itself, but this wine was delicious - enough fruit, good finish, well balanced.

I generally like Domaine Serene a lot, but this wine tasted thin to me. Not bad, not off, just none of the rich full flavor that most DS wines have.

Opened it on Friday and finished it on Saturday--it held up perfectly. You have to love screw caps.

OK on opening, but out of balance. An hour of decanting balanced it out and made it pleasant but not amazing.

Wonderful! It got to open up for about 15 minutes and it was delicious from the start. Big and bold, but very balanced.

Not quite as good as the last bottle. It opened up but, wasn't perfect from the first sip as was the one we had a month ago. Probably should have decanted it given its age.

Opened the bottle about 30 min before dinner and is was spectacular from the first sip. It was absolutely perfect with the lamb chops.

Usually love the Andrew Will wines, but this one just wasn't up to par. It had a very strong fuel smell on opening (faded in about 15 min) and sharp out of balance notes that didn't go away.

Started out with a lighter-fluid funk, but that blew off over 30-45 minutes and the resulting wine was fine.

Absolutely fantastic - this is drinking wonderfully. Tannins are there but in check, fruit has not faded but doesn't dominate, alcohol was just right. Deliciou with a wagyu stake.
