My last comments were not "technical" enough...so here goes: This medium body wine has a slight leathery texture with a garnet color and medium legs which helps with the medium finish. Aromas of plum and pomegranate are noticeable while the flavors of pomegranate and blackberry come through. Again, this wine is drinking very well now but also has a few years left in the bottle. Personally, enjoy now.

With any Pinot I have I feel the need for a disclaimer in that I am not a huge fan of Pinot. Best Pinot of the 4 Sojourn's I tasted that night. Wonderful earthy tones, with hints of bell pepper and other vegetables. Some spice, but not overwhelming. Well structured with some nice complexity on the finish.
