Not sure what’s a going on but my last few of these has been somewhat inconsistent. Excellent nose but taste is jammy and quite sour.

Took some time to open up. Drank about half and then the "better" half unknowingly made a lovely beef stew with it. $$ for a stew but the stew was good. Concessions.
