This bottle was so much better than my first one. I let this was breathe for hours and it made a significant improvement. Full bodied 2 with rich tannins. Just wish I had it with a steak.

This vintage is disappointing. Previous vintages displayed so much more. The 2020 feels lighter with a not so pleasant taste I’m not a fan of the new look bottle and screw cap. Looks lone a cost savings move. Bring back 2018.

First impression for me is a positive one. For me it’s balanced and works with my palate Drank mostly as stand alone. A bit fruity, but ok for me.

A dllemma for me. Our favorite Prosecco, but every so often they throw on a clunker. It’s more yellow in appearance and the flavor is more reminiscent of Chardonnay. Very perplexing so now if we see that yellowish color, beware.
