Tasted at 12 vintage vertical by Michel Jamais.
Nose fresh of black currant/cassis, lavender, black cherries. Still young.
Elegant Full body palate of cassis, plum, cedar, structure with high fine-grained tannins. Dry finish. 13,5%

    3/27/17, 11:13 PM - The tasting w following dinner took place in Stockholm, Sweden in the restaurant celler where the Nobel Price dinner is. We were 13 sharing a bottle of each vintage.
    We are fortunate to have Mr Jamais here in Stockholm.
