Nice elegant body palate of truffels, cedar, mushrooms, 11,5%
Almost overmature.

An elegant wine from one of the region’s top producers with generous cherry fruits, spices and a mineral acidity to firm it all up, drinking beautifully now but can be kept several years, serve with wild game especially Quail or Pheasant with red wine sauce, plums and Rösti……..a match made in heaven.
