10/20/20, 4:34 PM - What the hell are white flowers in the nose. Carnations or roses or tulips or apple blossoms. Totally different.
10/21/20, 7:45 AM - I enjoyed my 375 ml last night. Thanks for your response.
10/20/20, 4:39 PM - What is a washed rind ?
12/6/15, 7:46 PM - Right 96
2/11/14, 2:04 PM - 99 X would understand if this were in English
2/12/14, 7:42 AM - just a suggestion that I also give to other non English posters. I understand the natural wish to post in your native language but since probably 99% of the readers post in English why not follow your post in French with one in English so that the rest of us can enjoy your message.tigerEnglish (and probably only 10 % read French) why not follow your French post with an English one so that the majority of us may enjoy your message.tiger
2/7/14, 10:10 AM - very few people can read this, try english
2/8/14, 5:54 AM - strikermax...your note was the only post on this SA sauvignon blanc. and actually I don't know how to use google translate on this kind of board. I'm going to S Africa next Oct-Nov and will have 5 days in the wine country near the cape, so I'm tasting SA wines ahead of time.
2/8/14, 6:41 AM - Thanks
2/8/14, 12:22 PM - Strikermax... I have an idea. You prefer to write in your native language, which is natural, but since your English is excellent, why not double your notes. First in Dutch, since then continue in English for the rest of us.nytiger
2/8/14, 1:31 PM - It's a big trip. Cape town 3, Stellenbosch 2, Franschoek 2, Hermanus 2, Kynesa 2, overnight train to JNBerg, 1 night to drive to Kruger, Kruger (Sabisands) 8, to Vic Falls 1, overnight in Vic Falls 1, Botswana 8 (4 in delta and 4 Chobe) then home. I read that the whole route from Capetown to Knesa is one wine area after another, so that will be great. I'll look up your friend if I can.nytiger
7/11/13, 3:26 PM - if everyone else is scoring it near 90, and you've got a 75 it's obviously a spoiled bottle and you shouldn't score it. Comments on it of course are appropriate
6/4/13, 4:46 AM - there is no reason to score corked wines, doing so changes the average score dramatically without giving any expectation of what one might expect with an average bottle
Thanks for letting us know about this problem. We will review your comments and be in touch soon with an update.
