Drank beautifully! Full of red fruit and bright, bright, bright. Very jammy, but balanced.

Pretty weak sauce. Thin without much fruit or intensity of flavor. Would not buy again.

Been through four cases of this so far this year at our house and just bought two more. Wonderful floral nose, citrus notes, amazing value.

Drank beautifully - soft and lush, with some dirt and, dare I say, barnyard on the nose and wonderful dark fruits in the glass. Wish I had more.

After 40 years, this wine was drinking beautifully. Plenty of wonderful fruit and a depth of character and finish that was remarkable.

Bottle was fine, but felt like I'd opened it early. Didn't wow me, as so many of Merry's wines do.

One of the best I've had in a while. Was fairly tight on opening, but after an hour or so it became a remarkable wine. Great structure, body. Wish I had more.

Disappointing, since I love this winery so much. It opened up a bit over the course of 4 or so hours, but this was past its prime.

Surprising solid wine with good depth, length of taste and some balancing sweetness to go with a rich Riesling baseline.

Seemed like an average wine to me. Enjoyable, but not up to Turley's usual standards. Nothing remarkable here.

Last bottle was exceptional, and I'm thinking I should have drunk this one earlier rather than hold onto it for another two years. Past its prime.

Wouldn't call this a great wine, but I wouldn't be too disappointed if I'd paid $7 and got this. For a much higher price, it does not compare favorably. That said, it was a competent effort from North Carolina, and that is to be celebrated.

Popped and poured and the wine was one of the best I've had in a while - surprised to say that, since I was not expecting to find that at all. Wonderful big fruit, lots of raspberries, other dark fruit with wonderful depth and power. Kept second half for the next night and it was still drinking beautifully.

Forgettable wine. Wan fruits, chemical flavor. The worst sort of corporate wine - I know Ridge has huge distribution, but still, I expect better from them.

Interesting wine, almost like a zin got the Cabernet treatment. Lots of oak, milder fruit and spice than I'm used to from zins. Tasty, though. Probably opened too early - could have used some more time in the bottle.

Tons of raisins, plums and cherries, very fruit forward. Tasty, but a little too much on the raisin end of the spectrum for my preferences.

Was impressed with this one at the winery, but it's not great at home. A solid GSM offering, but nothing exciting or interesting. Just competent. Not a great value for the price. Wouldn't complain at $12, but at $27, it should be better.
