Really good closing in on sweet 16, and nowhere near being old and tired. Full bodied and good acidity.

Dense and saline, but not much aromas. A bit closed, works fairly well but probably best to hold
Red
Very good. Tannins are still quite rough, a true meat wine. Good fruit. Early window.

A great specimen of this wine. Bone dry, good acidity, and the very special conifer-ish aromatics are all in great balance. Slightly oxidative in a very pleasant way.

Nothing wrong, but quite lackluster. Good structure but no fruit to be found. Perhaps too old.
White - Sparkling
In excellent shape right now. Slightly oxidative, in a very lovely way, but with abundant fruit still

Complex, elegant and unique. Wines in this natural, semi-orange style are usually hit or miss; in this case, definitely a hit.

Salt and savory, in a dense, serious style. Seven years of age has done this wine well, and it can take quite a bit more

Brilliant wine. Sleek and mineralic but also with a good dose of ripe fruit. Early maturity, drink or hold as you wish

Needed lots and lots of air to open up, but once it's there there's beautiful, cool, blue and red fruits.

Has aged very gracefully, despite low sugar and sulphur. Drinking beautifully right now.

Very, very good. Early window, drinking beautifully. Dark ripe fruit and plenty of oak, in great balance.
Red
Fruit is a bit on the dried side, very ripe. This wine is in no way light but still pretty well balanced.

Opulent but but excessive. Great acidity, ripe fruit, well handled oak.

In a very nice window. Still fairly youthful, but polished.

Very good, reminds me in style a little of a non-oxidative Jura chardonnay.
Red
Perfect window at ten years of age. Still youthful fruit, but tannins are a somewhat polished.

Brilliant. Vibrant fruit, a fair amount of green notes (sort of Sauvignon Blanc-ish), and a firm yet silky tannic grip.

Like drinking spruce forest. Very good acidity and a feeling as much as a taste of green essential oils.

Very good. Well improve but it's in early window now.

At six years of age, I'd say "early window" here. There are some lightly oxidative notes which harmonize very well with the oak and fruit. I'm quite bonkers for this wine and deeply regret not having more of this vintage.

Two years since my last bottle. I predicted improvement and yes indeed. This tastes like a good, mature Blanc de Blancs champagne without the bubbles. Brilliant stuff.

Lives up to its name. This tastes like strong liquor, whisky perhaps, but without (most of) the booze? Really wild and one of a kind.

Thin and boozy after popping, but an hour after opening the fruit awakens and this quite enjoyable.

Approachable, but can take of lot years in the cellar with any harm. Will be interesting to follow. Rich and full with those smoky, volcanic notes.

Fully open for business now. Dark, ripe but not overly sweet fruit, and a tangy umami feeling like tomato paste.

Quite ripe fruit, accessible. Early window

Starting to develop a rather golden color. Nose is rich, florality and tropical fruits. Makes me think of Albariño, in the best possible way. On the palate, you can also start noticing some slight oxidative characteristics which confirm this is the same grape as used for Vin Jaune. Saline, good acidity.

This has aged very well and is great drinking now, but feels nowhere near mature. Wish I had more bottles to follow!

Popped and poured, quite accessible from the start. Quite ripe fruit in a "modern" style, but without compromising on Cabernet Franc characteristics, with green peppers and rock dust. While not mature yet, and will probably tolerate years in the cellar, it's quite open for business as it is.

Slightly grassy, reminiscent of Sauvignon Blanc. A little closed perhaps. Uncertain whether this needs cellaring or just drinking at this point.

Quite high acidity. Pronounced Sauvignon Blanc character, yet less than I'm used to from this wine - polished down by age, perhaps.

Very austere, high acidity. Will please the masochist rather than the hedonist. Fruit is thin but at times it shines through; red and mostly quite tart, cherries, lingonberry, rowanberry.
